We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Lead to manage and optimize the development and operations processes. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team in building, deploying, and scaling our cloud infrastructure, ensuring smooth, automated operations across all environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cloud Infrastructure Management: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) while managing infrastructure scalability, performance, and cost.
  2. Automation and Monitoring: Automate key processes, including deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure scaling, using best-in-class tools and practices to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and ownership.
  4. Incident and Problem Management: Oversee incident response and troubleshooting efforts, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal disruption to business operations.

Requirements:

  1. Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning, automation, and management in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  2. Proficient in using Ansible for configuration management, automation, and orchestration across complex infrastructure.
  3. Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), including architecture, automation, and optimization.
  4. Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Bash, Python, or PowerShell) and monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
