Permanant SEN Assistant Role

We are recruiting a dedicated and caring SEN teaching assistant to work on a full-time basis at a small special needs school in the Hemel Hempstead area of Hertfordshire. This is a permanent contract starting in September.

The ideal candidate will have experience or knowledge of special needs and a genuine interest in working with students with complex needs, including autism, ADHD, and ADD. Our school focuses on a therapeutic approach to learning, offering a range of support services.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting students with varying levels of ability, adapting to their individual needs, and contributing to the development of educational plans. You will also work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure that students receive the best possible support.

The salary for this role is approximately £24,750 per year, plus benefits. If you are a compassionate and committed individual who is passionate about supporting students with special needs, we encourage you to apply.
