We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Network Development Manager.

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing network strategies that meet agreed criteria: operational, infrastructure, and financial. You'll work closely with Product, Pricing, Brand, Financial Services, Sales, and Aftersales to deliver outstanding regional networks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing network strategies that meet agreed criteria: operational, infrastructure, and financial.
  • Project managing deployment of Go To Market Strategy in each market, ensuring timely and financially controlled positions.
  • Communicating investment plans, start of sales, process optimisation, and delivery quality activities to the retail network.
  • Working closely with Regional Directors and Aftersales teams to meet customer satisfaction, customer retention, retail network profitability, and overall sales targets.

What we offer:
