Children's Support and Development Worker

We are recruiting for a Trauma Informed Support Worker based in Stockport with travel across various locations. The successful candidate will provide one-to-one support to children in the local community and deliver specialist domestic abuse workshops and programmes in school and community settings.

Main duties and responsibilities include:
- Organising and facilitating programmes in school and community settings.
- Delivering training to teachers and professionals around the impact of domestic abuse on young people.
- Providing one-to-one support to children and young people affected by domestic abuse.
An estimated salary for this role is £23,541 per annum, rising to £24,482 upon successful completion of a 6-month probationary period.
