HLTA Position

Zen Educate is seeking a skilled and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at a fantastic SEN school in South Bristol.

We are looking for a confident and experienced individual who can provide personalized SEN provision by delivering lesson plans and supporting students in accessing the curriculum at an appropriate level.

• Contribute to short, medium, and long-term planning and preparation of lessons under the direction of the teacher.
• Deliver lessons, including covering for teacher absence and delivering specific interventions to students.
• Monitor, evaluate, and provide teachers with feedback on students' participation and progress against LIM targets.
• Contribute to the maintenance of student records.
• Support teachers in selecting and preparing teaching resources that meet the students' needs and interests.
• Manage medical needs effectively following the Health Needs Policy.
