The Position

Trek Recruitment Ltd is a growing IT services provider based in Flintshire, seeking a skilled and enthusiastic 3rd Line IT Technician to join their team.

Salary: £38,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to provide high-level IT support to our business clients, working on diverse systems and projects.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Delivering 3rd / third line IT support for business clients across various systems.
  • Supporting Microsoft Exchange environments, both onsite and 365.
  • Managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Server installations.
  • Providing expertise in Microsoft 365 products and backup solutions.
  • Handling advanced desktop support and resolving helpdesk queries.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues.
  • Contributing to IT projects, including planning and implementation.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

Previous experience in a similar IT support role, preferably supporting multiple businesses.Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills across diverse IT environments.Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, and backup solutions.Advanced skills in desktop support, helpdesk queries, and onsite assistance.Confidence in project management and handling complex IT challenges.
