Job Title: Senior Mechanical Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Technician to join our team at Circle Health Group.

About the Role:
  • Provide engineering maintenance and breakdown support to our hospital cluster.
  • Offer technical, health, safety, and environmental support to our Engineering Directors and local Hospital Managers.
  • Assist Engineering Technicians and Assistants in carrying out their roles across our cluster sites.
  • Liaise with Hospital Operations Managers to ensure adequate engineering cover and on-call support.
  • Work with engineering subcontractors to ensure efficient, effective, and safe work completion.
  • Liaise with capital projects contractors to ensure work is completed efficiently, effectively, and safely.
Requirements:
  • Current Construction Safety Certification Scheme (CSCS) Card at an appropriate level of qualification.
  • Up-to-date proof of qualifications required.
  • City& Guilds Part 3, HNC, NVQ Level 4, or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering essential.
  • Time-served apprenticeship in Mechanical or Electrical engineering essential.
  • Understanding of Quality Management, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement desirable.
  • Dual or multi-skilled with core skills preferably Electrical.
  • Management experience required.
