About the Role:

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Class Teacher to join our team in Chelmsford. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Teaching and Learning: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification preferred).
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
  • Proven teaching experience in a primary school setting, preferably with experience across multiple year groups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including access to ongoing professional development opportunities.
