Prima Ardelle Associates is seeking an Experienced Car Sales Executive to join our busy dealership team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on vehicle features, benefits, and financing options to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • A full clean UK driving licence.
  • Proven customer service experience in a sales environment.
  • At least 2 years of main dealer experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Excellent selling skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Experience in the motor industry is highly desirable.
