Toy Aisle Manager at Tesco

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join The Entertainer team working in Quedgeley Tesco Extra. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

The Entertainer's partnership with Tesco has made it easier than ever for customers to explore our extensive range of toy brands within the Tesco Superstore or Extra.

In this role, you will be independently managing your own toy aisles in our unique Entertainer branded space within the Tesco supermarket. Your primary duties will include:

• Merchandising, handling deliveries, replenishing stock, and price management
• Performing start-of-shift bay checks to ensure pricing, stock levels, and overall store standards are maintained
• Replenishing sections, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring good organization
• Maintaining effective communication with colleagues and line managers
• Acknowledging customers in the aisles, engaging in conversation, and encouraging sales using your knowledge of our products

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong self-motivation, initiative, and pride in your work. You will also need to be reliable, dependable, practical, flexible, tech-savvy, open, honest, confident, decisive, passionate, and knowledgeable about toys.
