About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled 2nd Line System Administrator to join our team of experienced IT professionals. As a key member of our infrastructure support unit, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and security of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of IT Service Management, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.
  • Monitor Event Management systems to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact our operations.
  • Collaborate with our 2nd/3rd Line Engineers to provide swift and effective triage and escalation of IT incidents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in MECM and SCCM.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
