About the Role

Your Responsibilities

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the highest standards of tidiness and cleanliness in our care home, adhering to infection control guidelines.
  • Providing a warm and friendly environment for our residents, prioritizing their comfort and well-being.
  • Working closely with our care team to deliver person-centered care and support.
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times, interacting with residents, visitors, and staff in a respectful and courteous manner.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Excellent communicator, able to listen and engage with residents from diverse backgrounds.
