Working closely with the Head of Design, you'll be integral to transforming design concepts into reality, taking ownership of key aspects of the design process. From collaborating with consultants and contractors to leading client meetings, this role offers a comprehensive experience in the design journey from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine interior design packages in alignment with project scope, budget, and client expectations.
  • Work on design concepts and detailed construction packages, coordinating with consultants and regulatory bodies.
  • Engage with manufacturers and suppliers to source materials and ensure top-quality execution of designs.
  • Attend site meetings and regularly liaise with stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Manage and lead design approval meetings, ensuring clear communication and a proactive approach to project success.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Commercial Interior Design.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3Ds Max/VRay - Revit experience is desirable.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical understanding of current building and planning regulations.
