We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team at COOK Trading Ltd.
About the Role
The Retail Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting our retail shops by providing them with the tools to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality written communications to our shop teams through regular bulletins, work instructions, and daily emails.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify improvements and implement new working practices.
- Be knowledgeable of our retail shop operations and provide problem-solving support to shop floor teams.
- Build and maintain relationships across the business to ensure our shop teams are informed and up-to-date.
- Assist with key retail projects, such as new shop openings and system implementations.
- Support shop teams with Click and Collect and Local Delivery system setups, troubleshooting, and customer queries.
- Own the Retail Calendar and support the Retail team with events.
- Assist with stock management and product recalls.
- Perform day-to-day administration and queries.
Requirements
- Experience working in retail, preferably at a management level.
- Confidence in new situations and ability to solve problems under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high standard of spoken and written English.
- Good level of IT skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Highly organized with an eye for detail and drive to implement and improve current processes.
- Able to build and develop good relationships.
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and get stuck in.
