About the JobWe are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Bakkavor, a leading provider of fresh prepared food in the UK. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for auditing and monitoring quality systems and procedures to ensure compliance with business needs and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Audit and monitor quality systems and procedures
- Conduct internal audits and provide technical support to operational teams
- Comply with regulatory requirements and customer expectations
- Maintain accurate records and reports
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Professional experience in a similar Technical/QA role in a food environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of the chain of custody within the food environment
