Job Description

Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to join our team at our Gym Centre. As a Gym Coach, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality fitness services to our members and customers.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for leading group exercise classes, devising and delivering fitness assessments and programs, and ensuring that equipment is used safely.
  • You will also be required to supervise activities in the Fitness Rooms, maintain excellent relationships with customers and potential customers, and assist in sales and retention processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead group exercise classes and devise personalized fitness programs for members.
  2. Maintain accurate customer records and perform administrative duties as required.
  3. Supervise activities in the Fitness Rooms and ensure safe use of equipment.
  4. Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and potential customers.

Requirements:

  • A Level 2 qualification in Fitness Instructing is essential.
  • CIMSPA membership is mandatory within one month of employment.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
