Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Business to join our team at Toyota Cheltenham. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, driving growth and profitability, and improving the overall performance of the dealership.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business. You will work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement business strategies, and will be responsible for managing budgets, resources, and personnel.

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including 33 days holiday, company pension, and wellness programme. You will also receive ongoing training and development opportunities to help you achieve your full potential.
