We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our Chester showroom, driving sales and customer satisfaction through a consistent and measured leadership style.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the full customer experience, including engagement, qualification, and deal closing
- Coach, lead, and develop the sales team, driving sales and KPIs, service, standards, presentation, process, and compliance
- Be a brand ambassador, championing company values and inspiring the team
- Develop the team and create a succession plan, performance managing individual team members and creating sales superstars
- Conduct daily team briefs to keep staff up to date with company procedures and new information
Requirements:
- A proven track record in people management within a big box or high-ticket priced items
- Demonstrate sales management skills through performance management, coaching, and developing
- Show a track record of hitting and smashing targets and KPIs
- Exceptional leadership skills, drive, resilience, and a high emphasis on the customer journey
- Strong P&L accountability
This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales-driven store manager to earn excellent OTE and work for a market leader. Our top-performing store managers are earning in excess of £80,000 or have been promoted to Area Manager.
