As part of this role, you will work on the Supervision Programme, supporting the development and execution of processes and digital tools designed to enhance the supervisory framework.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of Financial Services regulations, and experience in the full project lifecycle. This role involves liaising between stakeholders, analysing data, and ensuring that project deliverables align with the strategic objectives of the programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and objectives for the Supervision workstream.
    • Conduct detailed analysis of business needs, processes, and systems.
    • Assess current supervisory practices, identify gaps, and document functional and technical requirements for enhancements or new implementations.
    • Develop and document clear, concise requirements and functional specifications.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Develop comprehensive documentation of existing and proposed supervisory processes, workflows, and procedures.
    • Identify and evaluate opportunities for process improvements within the Supervision function.
    • Create detailed process maps and design solutions that address identified gaps and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Supervision function.
    • Assist in the implementation of new supervisory processes or system changes, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption.
  • Risk Management
    • Assess potential risks associated with supervisory processes and recommend mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure that adequate controls are in place to manage and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Project Support:
    • Support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring the Supervision workstream
    • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Serve as a liaison between business teams, IT, and external partners to ensure alignment on project objectives.
    • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather feedback and provide updates on project status.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Stay abreast of relevant regulatory changes and industry best practices.
    • Verify that all supervisory processes and solutions meet regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Documentation & Quality Assurance:
    • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, requirements, and project deliverables.
    • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure that solutions meet business needs and standards.
