Manufacturing Associate

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manufacturing Associate to join our team in Finchley, United Kingdom. This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring production targets are met in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various types of machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assemble products according to company specifications and quality standards.
• Perform regular quality checks on finished products and report any defects or issues.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Contribute to stock management and packing of products.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly advantageous.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and meet production targets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Physical fitness for manual handling tasks is required.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
