Job Title: Mechanical Assembly Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly Specialist to join our team at Héroux-Devtek Inc. in the Aviation Industry.

The successful candidate will work on complex projects, building, testing, and inspecting mechanical hydraulic systems with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and ability to read technical drawings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test mechanical hydraulic systems
  • Fitting and assembling sub-assembly parts and components
  • Repair mechanical issues
  • Use measuring equipment (e.g., Micrometers)
  • E nsure aviation regulations and H.S.E Standards compliance
  • Work to engineering drawings, C.M.M.s, and Operation Instructions

Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Previous experience as an Assembly Fitter in the Aviation Industry
  • Strong understanding of mechanical hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
