We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Visitor to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As a Band 7 Health Visitor, you will play a vital role in supporting the national child health programme through assessments, visits, and care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in and support the national child health programme
  • Manage a safeguarding caseload
  • Provide specialist community public health nursing services

Requirements:

  • Full qualification as a Health Visitor
  • NMC Registration
  • Experience in community public health nursing
