**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Management Accounts Process**: Collaborate with the finance team to deliver a suite of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- **Balance Sheet Reconciliations**: Reconcile balance sheet accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- **Intercompany Reconciliations and Parent Group Reporting**: Reconcile intercompany transactions and prepare parent group reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Financial Statement Reporting and Trading Analysis**: Prepare financial statements and conduct trading analysis, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- **Invoice Posting, Payments, and Banking Responsibilities**: Process invoices, manage payments, and maintain banking records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- **VAT, Corporation Tax, Dividend, and Loan Transactions**: Handle VAT, corporation tax, dividend, and loan transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Process Documentation and Improvement**: Develop and maintain process documentation, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency.
- **Insurance Cash Management**: Manage insurance cash flows, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations.
- **Working with the Technical Services Team**: Collaborate with the technical services team to ensure insurance premiums are paid and reconciled on a timely basis.
- **Bordereaux Production and Transactional Reporting**: Produce bordereaux and transactional reports, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- **Sales Ledger System Reconciliations**: Reconcile sales ledger accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- **Regular Operational and Financial Reporting**: Prepare regular operational and financial reports, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- **Regulatory Reporting and Audit**: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, participating in audits and providing support as needed.
- **Reporting to Relevant Financial Regulators**: Prepare and submit reports to relevant financial regulators, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Audit Process Support**: Provide support during the audit process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.

**Requirements:**
- **Degree Education**: Hold a degree in Mathematics, Science, or Business-related subjects, with a minimum 2:1 classification.
