Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our rehabilitation service in South Wales. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide specialist psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions to support individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and positive behavior support
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and carers to promote engagement and empowerment
Requirements
  • HCPC registration as a Clinical, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist
  • Experience working with complex mental health needs, including ASD, learning disabilities, and acquired brain injury
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the service
