Delivering Exceptional Customer Service with Ocado Logistics

We're seeking dedicated and friendly drivers who take pride in providing outstanding customer service. As a Delivery Professional, you'll ensure that customer orders arrive safely and promptly, always striving to exceed expectations.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport customer orders using pre-planned routes and pre-loaded vans.
  • Deliver a positive and professional experience to every customer.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and handle any necessary paperwork.
  • Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

  • Full UK or EU driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Clean driving record with no disqualifications in the past 5 years.
  • Ability to work any 5 days out of 7, with shift rotas provided up to 13 weeks in advance.
  • Must be over 18 years old due to the handling of alcohol products.
