Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Haywood Lodge. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being is always at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and meal assistance
  • Provide emotional support and engage residents in general activities within the care home
  • Recognize signs of potential abuse, harm, or neglect and take necessary action
