Job Title: Support Worker - Waking Night

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Support Worker to join our team on a waking night shift. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals to live their best lives, while delivering person-centered care that is unique to each person.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and enable individuals to engage with their interests, maintain their skills, and receive personalized care.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of relationships and connections within the local community.
  • Complete and maintain Support Plans and other necessary information to ensure effective support.
  • Notify the Team Leader/Senior Support Worker of any changes in the needs of the individuals we support.
  • Promote and maintain the safety and well-being of those in our care.

  • ID & Address check
  • Driver preferred
