In this role, you will work as part of a maintenance team to support 24/7 production, working to maintain and repair plant, equipment, and buildings while striving to meet company objectives in terms of safety, efficiency, and utilisation of production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining high safety standards at all times
  • Implementing planned maintenance and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of production plant
  • Delivering cost effective and reliable maintenance of all site utility services
  • Identifying, recommending and implementing continuous improvements and any energy saving initiatives to the plant
  • Maintaining appropriate systems, checks, procedures, records and tests to meet site requirements

Requirements:

  • Fully apprenticeship trained with Level 3 engineering qualifications
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Experience of fault finding and repair plus installation work
  • Experienced with PLC and SCADA systems
  • Able to understand Technical Drawings
  • IT Literate
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills

Benefits:
