Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team in South Glos. The successful candidate will provide specialist expertise in psychosis and bipolar difficulties, supporting the development of practitioners offering psychological interventions. The role requires working on Tuesdays and Fridays to meet the multifaceted needs of the service.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out supervision, teaching, training, and consultation to professionals within the service and other community teams.
- Maintain the highest standards of care delivery to service users, carers, and communities, ensuring achievement of service function and metrics.
- Provide highly specialist psychological supervision to experienced staff working in teams providing psychosis and bipolar specialist services.
- Be an integral member of the multidisciplinary team, involved in team formulation, team case discussions, and consultation to other team members.

Requirements:- Offer an autonomous highly specialist clinical psychology assessment and treatment service.
- Support the full implementation of the care programme approach in the multidisciplinary team or equivalent.
- Provide supervision and consultancy to service/LDU staff with regard to problem assessment and formulation, and therapy interventions.
