We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic MEP Cost Consultant to join our Real Estate team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a cost management professional to support on a range of high-profile fit out and refurbishment projects, focusing on MEP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement a revised reporting structure across all MEP Design & Construction and retail projects, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage aspects of MEP quantity surveying and cost consultancy, including pre- and post-contract duties, to deliver high-quality services throughout the project life cycle.
  • Chair client meetings, present findings from data reported by vendors, and publish monthly reports, programme dashboards, and bi-weekly status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Collaborate with vendor representatives to ensure they can effectively report on their projects, leveraging digital software for efficient delivery of cost management services.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management/quantity surveying services, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and utilise digital tools to streamline processes.
