We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Catering Supervisor to join our team at Sodexo. As a Front of House Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our catering department, ensuring that all food and beverage services are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of catering staff to ensure that all food and beverage services are delivered to the highest standards.
- Oversee the daily operations of the catering department, including food preparation, service, and presentation.
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts to enhance the customer experience.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that all necessary items are available for service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or catering environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, with the ability to maintain and implement these standards in the workplace.
