About the Role
M·A·C is a leading professional makeup authority seeking a talented Retail Artist to join our team at Westfield White City. As a Retail Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience, and showcasing M·A·C products to customers, colleagues, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer service, educating and inspiring customers to achieve their makeup goals.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of M·A·C products, including ingredients, benefits, and applications.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging in-store events and visual merchandising displays.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective product demonstrations and recommendations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest makeup trends and techniques.
