About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join aap3 Recruitment as a Sales Manager for our Handset Devices team. As a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in driving business growth and developing new sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business development targets and budgets
  2. Manage sales staff expectations and coordinate work activities to ensure alignment with common strategic objectives
  3. Establish and maintain excellent relationships with management levels in the UK and China
  4. Report on key performance indicators to support Head of devices and MD

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Strong business development and account management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

We offer a competitive annual salary of £65,000 - £85,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
