Culinary Director Job Summary: We are recruiting a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Director to join our team at Hutton Manor Care Home. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving culinary excellence and ensuring our residents receive exceptional dining experiences.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team
- Create and implement innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure resident-centered care
- Monitor and control kitchen budgets, inventory, and waste
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior culinary role
- Diploma or degree in hospitality or culinary arts
- Proven track record of improving kitchen efficiency and customer satisfaction
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus benefits package.
