Enablement Support Worker

Derbyshire County Council is seeking a skilled Enablement Support Worker to join our adult care department.
As an Enablement Support Worker, you will work closely with clients in their own homes to help them regain full or partial independence.
You will be part of a multi-professional team providing wrap-around support to enable people to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting clients to achieve their personal goals and promote independence
- Working collaboratively with other colleagues and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
- Providing comprehensive support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and mobility
Requirements include:
- Ability to treat people with dignity and respect
- Capacity to place a person at the centre of their care
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing client needs
