Job Title: Class 1 HGV Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Class 1 HGV Driver to join our team at DHL. As a key member of our distribution service, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a Class 1 HGV vehicle in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
  • Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules, and vehicle regulations.
  • Manual handling is required for this role.
  • Shifts available: (7am -10am starts) or (12pm 10pm starts).
  • This role is a mix of store deliveries in central London, Trunking to depots, and transporting containers to ports in Felixstow, Southampton & London Gateway.
Requirements:
  • You will hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification, and Digital Tachograph Card with a minimum of 6 months driving experience.
