Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Recovery Specialist to join our team at LSH Auto in Birmingham. As a Recovery Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our recovery services for luxury vehicles.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience working on commercial and luxury vehicles, with a strong understanding of roadside repairs and recoveries. You will be expected to attend breakdowns as part of Mercedes-Benz's 24-hour service, conduct routine services, inspections, and repairs within the workshop, and maintain a high level of customer service throughout recovery processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend breakdowns and provide roadside assistance for luxury vehicles.
  • Conduct routine services, inspections, and repairs within the workshop.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service throughout recovery processes.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working on commercial and luxury vehicles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £30,557 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a company van for transportation during on-call duties, a colleague referral scheme, and access to Mercedes-Benz training and leadership programmes. The estimated salary range is £28,000 - £35,000 based on location and industry standards.
