Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Lawyer to join our team at Danos Group. As a key member of our global legal team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complex disputes on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including disputes from institutional and retail clients.
  • Manage and mitigate disputes, providing robust but fair approaches to reviewing complaints and disputes.
  • Provide advice on contentious regulatory matters and other disputes, as needed.
  • Assist in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, providing expertise in commercial law.
  • Work closely with internal colleagues and stakeholders to provide advice and support.

Requirements:

  • Qualified as a solicitor, with at least 2 years' PQE from a recognised law firm and/or in-house experience.
  • Direct experience of advising on commercial litigation matters and managing disputes.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
