About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Motorsport Championship Assistant. As a key member of our small administrative team, you will be responsible for supporting the organization and operation of our motorsport series.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Championship Coordinator with administrative tasks and project management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to competitors throughout the year.
  • Assist with event management, including hospitality and logistics.
  • Be a knowledgeable and visible representative of Caterham at race events.
  • Support the delivery of the Caterham Academy program.

About You

  • A confident and friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for motorsport and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude.
