Job Title: Senior ICT Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ICT Support Engineer to join our team at DataCareers. As a critical member of our Specialist Technical Support Team, you will be responsible for delivering expert technical support across a range of critical systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level technical support for critical systems and applications.
  • Supervise and guide colleagues within the Specialist Technical Support Team.
  • Ensure the delivery of a high-quality, end-to-end ICT service for both internal and external customers.
  • Manage incidents and changes in line with ITIL best practices.
  • Support and maintain key infrastructure components, including Windows Server, VMware, M365, and networks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within command and control systems.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong background in application support and Windows Server environments.
  • Experience in VMware and M365.
  • Experience with ITIL incident and change management processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to support.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with command and control systems.
  • Knowledge of networking and telephony systems.
  • Experience in database support.
  • Familiarity with Airwave radio systems and Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Exposure to load balancing and monitoring tools.
