Job Overview

As a Senior Fundraiser with the NSPCC, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective direct marketing campaigns to engage existing supporters and secure donations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising and a strong understanding of donor psychology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement direct marketing campaigns to engage existing supporters and secure donations
  • Manage campaign budgets and report on variances on a regular basis
  • Analyse fundraising opportunities in various markets and develop strategic plans to maximise income
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including donors, staff, and external partners
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing or non-profit management
  • Proven experience in fundraising and direct marketing, preferably in a charity or non-profit setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • A commitment to the mission and values of the NSPCC
