SAP Integration Project Manager

Operation Technical Limited is seeking an experienced SAP Integration Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex SAP integration projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business leaders and IT teams.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all SAP integration initiatives, liaising with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and SAP consultants.
  • Manage cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities, and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee testing phases to validate the functionality and performance of integrated SAP solutions, coordinating with end-users to gather feedback and address issues.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate the adoption of new SAP systems and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability of SAP integration processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP integration, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Extensive experience working in the Food and Beverage industry, bottling industry, or warehouse management is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP Data Services, etc.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • SAP certification(s) preferred.
