To be eligible for this role, you must have a registered nursing qualification, undergraduate degree, recognised teaching or mentorship qualification, and post-registration qualification relevant to specialty. You should also possess excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate and influence, and knowledge of current advances and pathways of care relevant to specialty.

You will be responsible for assessing care needs, developing, implementing, and evaluating care provided for a large group of patients on anticoagulants or with venous thrombosis in Northwest London. This role includes assessment of care needs, development of patient care plans, and implementation and evaluation of care provided. You will also provide training for the specialist aspects of the role and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve high-quality patient care.
