About the Role

As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities. You will work in a fun and lively environment, inspiring others to achieve their best and promoting a culture of excellence in teaching and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver swimming lessons to groups and individuals, using your expertise and passion to motivate and instruct students.
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans, incorporating industry best practices and customer feedback.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide a personalized service.
  • Contribute to the development of our swimmer development stages, working closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
