  • Manage new business submissions and track them to completion
  • Provide day-to-day client management, addressing any queries that arise
  • Administer Group Pension schemes
  • Administer Group Risk Schemes
  • Liaise with clients, product providers, and other relevant third parties
  • Maintain up-to-date back office systems, including client and provider data
  • Issue Letters of Authority, chase policy information, build schedules, and update existing policies on the system
  • Obtain illustrations and supporting literature
  • Support Financial Planners in research and analysis to meet client needs and objectives
  • Adhere to Company procedures and policies, as well as FCA Standards and Rules, and implement and maintain procedures as stipulated
