About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team at Resource on Demand. As a boutique Salesforce partner, we pride ourselves on delivering innovative Marketing Cloud solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and data migration processes for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, including integrations with Marketing Cloud Connect and other platforms.
  • Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, and the creation of statements of work.
  • Clearly communicate project concepts and outcomes to client stakeholders.
  • Conduct user training sessions and promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud.
  • Deliver multiple marketing automation projects while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Provide thorough documentation of current processes, proposed solutions, and final implementations.
Requirements
  • Able to design and/or develop integrations between Marketing Cloud and third-party applications or data sources.
  • Hands-on background with Marketing Cloud implementations, including integrations with Salesforce core and other platforms.
  • Familiarity with multiple studios within Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with Data Cloud.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Cross-cloud experience is a plus.
Desirable Experience
  • Knowledgeable around Pardot.
  • Experience in the charity sector.
  • Proficiency with Advertising Studio.
Qualifications
  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant & Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist.
