About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Dee Set. As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing visual merchandising guidelines and ensuring that retail displays are consistently executed across a set area of London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement visual merchandising guidelines and standards in retail stores
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines
  • Work closely with the Retail Performance Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail store staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Provide training and support to retail store staff on visual merchandising best practices
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel around a set area of London, working to a pre-planned call file
  • Experience in retail merchandising or a related field
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices
