We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Specialist to join our field-based team as a Senior Tribunal Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a market leader, manage a team, and deliver high-quality services to clients across the UK.

Job Description
This role will oversee the day-to-day management of the team and ensure that all tribunal cases are handled efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing consultants' performance, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards while maintaining a high standard of service provision to clients.

The ideal candidate will have direct employment law experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on delivering high standards of care and service to clients. They must also be able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage their time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To oversee the work of the team and ensure that the service is delivered to a high quality.
  • To manage consultants' performance and ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
  • To carry a small tribunal caseload and cover additional hearings when necessary.
  • To build and maintain a cohesive and motivated team.
  • To performance manage all Consultants and identify training needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess relevant leadership experience, excellent communication and written skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They must also hold a full valid driving license and have MS Office knowledge and experience.
