Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards on the shop floor, motivating your team, and taking ownership of store operations. You will work closely with your team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management, and provide exceptional customer service.
