We are seeking a skilled Leisure Supervisor to contribute to the success of our Talacre Beach Resort in Flintshire. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring flexibility to accommodate business needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Creating and managing staff rotas to meet budgetary requirements and accommodate holidays and demand
• Supporting the activity team and leading various activities as needed
• Ensuring training within the team is up-to-date and NPLQ top-up training is completed
• Conducting health and safety checks and ensuring all necessary protocols are followed
• Monitoring pool water quality and performing plant checks
• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the resort
• Providing guests with information on current activity programs
• Recording accidents and administering first aid as required

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. A current NPLQ is essential for this position. Pool Plant and First Aid At Work qualifications would be advantageous. A driving license and the ability to drive is beneficial for easy travel to and from the resort.
